Shipping and Returns
1.- HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
We charge a flat rate of $9.99. Some delivery charges may be subject to change dependant on weight, size and delivery location.
2.- FREE SHIPPING
Only orders totalling over $500 net with a US mainland address will qualify for free standard shipping. Integrity Cleanroom reserves the right to change or withdraw the offer at any time without notice.
3.- WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMESCALES?
We strive to deliver your goods as soon as possible. However, this is not always feasible, and we will contact you to let you know.
- US destinations – within 3-5 business days.
- Non-US North America destinations – within 5-7 working days.
4.- CAN I SPECIFY EXPEDITE SERVICE?
Yes, expedite service is available and is charged accordingly.
5.- DO I HAVE TO BE THERE TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY?
No, the option is available to void signature not required, proof of delivery (P.O.D) is available on the shipping carrier website electronically.
6.- CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?
Once you have submitted your order you will be unable to change delivery address.
7.- WHAT HAPPENS TO MY ORDER IF I AM NOT THERE TO RECEIVE MY PARCEL?
If there is nobody to receive your parcel by courier a card will be posted through your door advising of a delivery attempt. There will be a contact telephone number on there for your local branch of the carrier. If you telephone the number on the card you will be able to re-book a delivery day or arrange to pick the parcel up from the local carrier depot.
8.- CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH IT?
For any unwanted goods, Integrity Cleanroom offers a 28-day return policy.
To return a product under this policy you can either:

Upon contacting us a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number will be issued. This number must be clearly identified on the returns label or the external packaging and internal documentation when the goods are returned. No markings should be made on the product or product packaging.
The returned product must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition with the original packaging. You should also return a valid proof of purchase. Integrity Cleanroom must receive all returns within 28 days of the RMA number being issued and any goods received after that period will be dealt with on an individual basis.
When returning goods, please take all reasonable care to ensure that all items are suitably packaged, and the goods are protected when being returned. We do ask that you should also request proof of delivery (POD). In the event of goods being returned without a previously allocated RMA number, the processing of any claim is likely to be delayed.

9.- WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM(S) GO FAULTY?
If you experience any defect in your goods which under normal use appear within a reasonable period after delivery and which are due to faulty materials, workmanship or design will be made good by Integrity Cleanroom either by repair or replacement or refund.
These goods or the defective parts should be returned together with a valid proof of purchase and wherever possible the original packaging. To return a product under this policy you should:

PLEASE NOTE: Integrity Cleanroom reserve the right to inspect at the Distribution Centre in Texas, any goods returned prior to issuing credit.
10.- CAN I CANCEL A DELIVERY?
Once your order has been shipped you would be unable to cancel any delivery. You would need to take delivery of your order first, and if the parcel is unwanted you will need to contact us to arrange a suitable method for return on Tel: + 1 512-713- 0127 or email us here
Antistat Overseas Delivery Services
All rates are in $ US and for pre-paid consignments. Extended liability is available at a charge of 1% of the goods’ value – please call for more details.
Note: all consignments are carried under the “Terms & Conditions of Carriage” of the courier, a copy of which is available on request.
All rates are quoted excluding tax, which will be applied where appropriate.
Transit times to certain destinations may be affected by delays in Customs.
PLEASE NOTE:
Certain product categories by their nature are exempt from the 28-day return policy; for a full list of exempt products please contact our sales department at + 1 512-713-0127. Integrity Cleanroom will not accept the return under the 28-day return policy of any goods that have had their manufacturers / suppliers’ warranty or registration invoked. Integrity Cleanroom will deem such registration by the customer as acceptance of the Goods. Where unwanted goods are returned to Integrity Cleanroom after the expiry of the 28-day return period but within a reasonable period of time Integrity Cleanroom reserves the right to levy a handling charge. A charge of 20% of the invoice value of the goods returned, with a minimum charge of $13 will be levied on goods, which are not defective and in original manufacturer’s packaging.
The customer must bear all the costs of returning any unwanted goods to Integrity Cleanroom and provide proof of delivery. Integrity Cleanroom reserve the right to recover reasonable direct costs where collection of goods from a customer has been requested. Integrity Cleanroom reserves the right not to accept the return of unwanted, non-defective goods after the 28-day period.
