CLEANROOM POLYESTER WIPES – COLD KNIFE EDGE
Cleanroom polyester wipes are suitable for class ISO 5-6 cleanrooms (Class 100-1000). Commonly used for a wide variety of applications, including cleaning and wiping critical work surface areas, cleaning with solvents like IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol), degreasers, and acetone. Used for wiping off finished products, equipment, and parts, cleaning notebooks, paper reams, gloves, or any other product before entering a cleanroom. Cleaning labware and lab instrumentation, and cleaning benches and research work areas. Control submicron particles, fibers, and chemical residue.
A lightweight cold knife-edge polyester wipes with a double knit and interlock patterned design, made from 100% continuous-filament polyester. They feature low levels of particulate and extractable counts, good absorbency and wiping efficiency, and resist abrasion under rigorous use. These wipes are solvent safe, double bagged, and vacuum cleanroom packed. Available sterile by gamma irradiation. The case quantity includes 150 pieces per bag, 8 bags per case, totaling 1200 wipes per case, all double bagged and vacuum cleanroom packed in a carton-lined package.
