PERMANENT HOOD AND SHOULDERS FOR CLEANROOM COVERALL
Permanent Cleanroom Lab Hood & Shoulders specifically designed and manufactured from lightweight fabric with 99% polyester filament yarn and 1% polyester carbon compound filament yarn. Providing an excellent combination of comfort with protection. We are able to manufacture a standard head and shoulder hood or a bespoke customer specific hood.
Suitable for both Sterile and Non-Sterile environments. The design features sealed or encapsulated edges on all main panels for enhanced durability and cleanliness. The seams are twin-needled, with monofilament thread stitched at 8-12 stitches per inch. Metal studs with stainless steel facings provide secure closures. The hood is equipped with polyester tapes that are pre-autoclaved to ensure optimal cleanliness.
Feature options include a vertical and horizontal stud for secure fastening and a generous cape that ensures a failsafe seal. The hood also includes a stud specifically designed to fit masks.
Optional extras include adjustments for acoustic vents, slit openings to accommodate spectacles, and a tape fasten at the neck for added security and comfort.
Available in White, Sky Blue or Navy Blue. Available sizes: S to 2XL.
