ESD SWAB – POLYESTER TIP

A Polyester Tip Swab is an excellent dissipative swab for cleaning small slotted and grooved areas. They have a flexible polyester head paddle and a compact ESD safe handle. Free from organic contaminants such as silicone, amide or phthalate esters. Each swab features very low non-volatile residue (NVr), ion content and particle generation.

Ideal for various applications, including cleaning with solvents such as IPA, cleaning small and confined areas, applying lubricants or other liquids, removing flux residues and excess materials, and general-purpose cleaning.

Features a compact ESD-safe handle and a flexible head paddle. It is free from silicone, amide, and DOP, with low particulate and ion content, and minimal non-volatile residue. The swab’s thermally bonded compact polyester head offers high solvent capacity and is soft and non-abrasive, making it compatible with most common solvents. The design ensures no contaminating coatings, making it suitable for sensitive cleaning tasks.
