The serving trolleys are manufactured from high-quality stainless steel. Rugged construction made from two tubular steel bar push handles, Ø 25 mm, with welded deep-drawn shelves with elevated perimeter flange in-between. Deposit surface with large radii for easy cleaning, lowered by approx. 10 mm in contrary to the perimeter flange. Shelves are beveled by 35 mm all over, with flat safety return to the inside and sound-absorbing lining. The trolley is protected from damage by four disc bumpers which are fixed directly above the castors.

Disc bumpers are made from an elastic and shock-resistant plastic material. If necessary, they can be exchanged easily by releasing the castors. Corrosion-protected and maintenance-free castors. Housings made from zinc-chrome plated steel, solid castor made from impact-proof, accident grease-proof plastic, tires from thermoplastic rubber. High-grade bearing by slide-bearings. 4 swivel castors, Ø 125 mm, 2 with brake. If necessary, the castors can be exchanged easily, pin fixing. Optionally and for an additional cost, the trolleys can also be equipped with 2 fixed and 2 swivel castors.
